Can I move my existing patient data?
Yes. We migrate your patients, staff and data during setup, so you start day one with everything already in.
Is billing GST-compliant?
Yes — invoices carry per-line CGST/SGST or IGST, rounded per line, with amount-in-words and your clinic details. Printable in a click.
Is WhatsApp the official API?
Yes. WhatsApp runs through an approved BSP with pre-approved message templates — reminders, confirmations and follow-ups sent automatically.
What if it doesn't suit my clinic?
Trial the software for 15 days on your own clinic data first. You only proceed if it genuinely fits how you work.
Do you train my staff?
Yes — a 2-hour onboarding call plus hands-on support through your first week of going live.
Is there monthly billing?
No. A one-time ₹19,999 setup, then a single prepaid plan (4, 8 or 12 months). One payment. Nothing else.
How do digital prescriptions work?
Prescriptions are fully digital and structured — a medicine builder with dosage, frequency, timing, duration and instructions, tied to the visit diagnosis and doctor-signed, then printed or shared. Because Spexa is custom-built, a drug database, ICD-10/11 coding and clinic-specific templates can be configured for your practice.
What devices and hardware does it work on?
It's a responsive web app — it runs on any modern browser on desktop, laptop and tablet/iPad, with nothing to install. Invoices and receipts print to standard A4 or thermal printers straight from the browser, and USB barcode scanners work in any lookup field.
Can I control what each staff member can access?
Yes — access is fully role-based. Admin, doctor, front-desk/nurse, biller/accountant and counsellor each see only what their role allows. Every action is permission-checked on the server and audit-logged.
Can patients pay online when they book?
Yes, on request. We integrate a secure payment gateway (UPI, cards and more) into your clinic's custom website, so patients can pay while booking — set up to match how your clinic wants to take payments.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Plans are prepaid. A clinic can choose to cancel at any time, and cancellation is initiated by the clinic — but prepaid amounts are non-refundable, so no refund is issued on cancellation.
